Delivery Policy

Software (digital delivery)

Software licences, activation codes and download links are delivered digitally, by email or download link, within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Sunday to Thursday.

Cloud subscriptions are activated within the same time, and the login details are sent by email.

Orders paid on a Friday, Saturday or public holiday are delivered on the next working day.

Installation and services

Installation, set-up, training and on-site services are delivered by appointment in the Sultanate of Oman.

We contact you within 1 working day of payment to agree the date and time.

Hardware

Hardware is delivered by courier or installed on site by our team. The expected delivery time is shown on your quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery charges

Digital delivery is free. Any courier or site-visit charge is shown on your quotation before you pay.

Delivery problems

If you have not received your order within the stated time, contact us and we will resolve it the same working day where possible.
